Total Rip off! The technician had never installed a soft start before we later learned. He spent most of the afternoon talking to someone on the phone on how to install it. Then he didn't do it...

Charged $336.00 for an Estimate. Time on sight less that an hour. Charged me for looking up the price of a repair part I chose not to buy. Rip off.
