Unwelcoming environment but I came here not expecting too much. Roman went above and beyond on my piece. Since he's so pationate about the inspiration I provided. 10/10 would recommend

Pokes was very kind and professional, he took his time to explain the process of the piercing and made sure to be very light handed on my ear ! I got the conch pierced and it looks amazing!
