Rude staff. Try there hardest to get you to buy insurance on controllers or headsets then when you need to use the insurance they fight so hard to not let you. Act as if it comes out of there pay...

It is so mind blowing that now to buy anything from GameStop you have to put into the membership what is extra money out of your pocket ridiculous for the same merchandise you can get at Walmart...

I was finessed into buying a pro membership to buy Pokémon cards. I called other stores and they don't do that. Do not come here employees are scamming customers.
