This firm takes 1 step forward and 3 steps back. I've had to call them multiple times for WEEKS to get a callback. EVERY time i've called for a status update, this or that person is unavailable....

I would honestly look for another company terrible company to trust! Took two and a half years for an accident where the other driver took full responsibility for the accident. They do not return...
