Food was meh. Very expensive for what we got. The place was clean, and the staff were courteous, but we really didn't have the chance to interact with them much.

None of the soda was working in the soda machine. I ordered a bottle of water and a salad. They didn't have any bottled water. I had to order on a kiosk so I wasn't offered a refund. Place looked...

Lady had an attitude and had smart remarks when I was ordering no customer service at all and was rude cut me off two times when I was talking. 09/18/25 it's 2:30 pm she needs to quit

Why they take so long to take your order at DT?? Always asking for a minute and they take 5 minutes to talk to you and take a long time to take the order..... Pollo loco change a few months ago...
