The young lady who is answering the phone either needs to have her ears checked or turn the volume up. She never heard a word I said went off to somewhere else, and then turned around and copped...

This USED to be a good place. The rude inefficiency of the Hispanic girl answering the phone was so unprofessional and unhelpful. She refused to help me. How sad!! Put me on hold till I hung up...
