There was no towels in the bathroom just a couple hand towels, I called front desk, managed to lock myself out of the room in that process, and the young lady front desk receptionist Hailey helped...

Had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get checked in ( she was on her lunch) ..we had requested a no pet room as I have allergies. Was told all 4 th floor was taken and gave us a room on 2nd floor .....
