They were installed incorrectly. A portion, I think, is slanted incorrectly so the water doesn't flow to the downspout. On a recent rain it just dumped out of the spot water collected. I have...

Had Leafguard gutters installed 2020. Had to have them come back and fix an installation error. Installers were very professional. we were total at payment we would receive a $200 Visa card....
