We were a table of 5. The waiter was cordial. I ordered a margarita grande and he told me they have 40 ounce! Why not?! My aunt and I did share it. I have always loved La Mesa and this one...

Restaurant was super huge and had friendly service. The margarita was super tasty and not too sweet. I had the chicken quesadilla and was super cheesy and kind of heavy in my opinion.

The stuffed chili ancho pepper wasn't even a full pepper. A spoonful of puréed hamburger meat covered a small square of pepper. It was flavorless and uneventful.
