The Fontenelle Nature Association offers a range of educational programs in natural science. The association serves students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. It conducts astronomy nights and field trips, as well as operates nature book and bird clubs. The Fontenelle Nature Association maintains several facilities that are available on a rental basis for organizing various formal and informal events, such as holiday parties, meetings, corporate functions, picnics, weddings and prenuptials. The association offers more than 40 summer day camps in canoeing and music. In addition, it provides scouts after-school programs. The Fontenelle Nature Association offers financial assistance through the Bob Starr Memorial Scholarship Fund.
