Dundee Community Garden Inc

Dundee Community Garden Inc is a non-profit organization located in the heart of the Dundee neighborhood in Omaha, NE. Established in 2009, their mission is to provide a space for neighbors to grow and share local produce, offer educational workshops on gardening-related topics, and donate fresh produce to organizations and underserved individuals in the community.

With 41 individual plots available for annual membership, the garden also features food pantry plots that have donated over 8000 pounds of food since its founding. In addition, the garden includes a Neighbor Garden where passersby can freely pick small amounts of vegetables and herbs, a Donation Box for sharing fresh produce, fruit trees, pollinator flowers, solar panels for clean energy, rain barrels for water collection, and a state-of-the-art compost bin system.
