Great food Went here for lunch. Had a cheeseburger and fries. Burger was cooked perfectly. The service was pretty bad and that is the only complaint.

Open late. Kitchen closes at midnight on weekends, and 10 PM all other days. All are welcome.

District is absolutely one of my favorites in Norfolk. It's too bad they're closed in Mondays when I'm normally in town. The service here is fantastic, I can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely the worst service, Completely rude, and a waste of a good evening. The owner by far has the worst customer service I've ever seen in 30 years. Dont waste your time on this place.

I walked in by myself on a football Saturday. sat at the bar. didn't get helped for 15 minutes. no one acts like they want to be there. food is always great!
