Kirkham Michael offers planning, design and construction services to clients across the Midwest and Southwest regions. It was established in 1946 by Rowland Kirkham and Stan Michael. The company provides a range of land development services that includes feasibility analysis, platting, rezoning, master plan development, topographic surveying, permitting assistance, life cycle costing and water service design. It also provides a variety of transportation-related services that includes traffic impact studies, bridge inspection, right-of-way mapping and accident analysis. Additionally, it offers a range of environmental engineering services that includes remedial investigation, hazardous waste management, noise analysis, hydrologic monitoring, geo-database design and trail mapping. Kirkham Michael maintains its headquarters in Omaha, Neb.
