HUGE rip off. VERY greedy company. Any other internet service provider in the Omaha metro area is cheaper with equivalent or higher quality.

Took three months to "install" Internet in an office that already had internet installed. They just needed to turn it on but made every excuse to pass the problem on to someone else. Incredible....

They installed fiber but did not bury it. Speeds were great. Came a buried fiber line today and now download speeds stink. And they can't fix until Sunday afternoon!! What great customer service

We have been open for almost 6 years. I have many ongoing issues with Cox WiFi. Anyone using a different provider? Tia.
