Chefs On the Run

Elkhorn High School offers education to students in grades nine through 12. The school offers classes in various subjects, including mathematics, science, social studies, business studies, and health and physical education. It also offers classes in English, arts and crafts, foreign languages, music and family and consumer science. The school has various student clubs and extracurricular activities, such as student council, choir, band and the National Honor Society. It offers various sports programs, including basketball, tennis, baseball, soccer, track, golf, softball, football, cross country and volleyball. Located in Elkhorn, Neb., Elkhorn High School operates under the guidelines set by The Elkhorn Public Schools.

The Swanson Corporation as an employee-owned, privately held company and a regional provider of food services for businesses, industries, schools, government facilities, convention centers, sporting arenas and more. It provides complete food services, including catering, executive dining and employee dining for the workplace, lunch programs for daycare centers and schools and concession management for convention centers and sporting arenas.
