Our background as collegiate athletes allows us to know the urgency of getting to an elite level of function. When the body is not running at an efficient level, optimal performance cannot be achieved. We have experience working with athletes of all levels and understand what it takes to enable them to return to their respective field of play at an optimal level. We work with professional athletes, semi-professional athletes, college athletes, high school athletes, middle school athletes, business individuals, and more. Regardless of profession or disposition in life, the better the body works, the more productive and efficient it becomes. As a physical therapy clinic, we pride ourselves in our manual therapy skills. We believe that it is absolutely essential to use our hands in the evaluation and treatment of injury. We have extensive experience utilizing various manual therapy interventions, including Muscle Activation Techniques, Joint Manipulation, Myofascial Release (MFR), Soft Tissue Mobilization/Massage, Joint Mobilization, Mulligan Techniques, Medical Exercise Therapy (MET), and many more. We also recognize the necessity of incorporating stabilizing and strengthening exercises thereafter to maintain the corrected positions.
