Showed up at 5:28 pm with no line and nobody getting hair cut. Posted closing time is 6pm. I was turned away and told they were done for the night. Lame.

Major time issues with online check in. Checked in for an appointment scheduled at 4:30 and wasn't taken back for a cut until 4:57. Second person with us was scheduled for 4:35 and never made it...

Personally don't go here much but if I need a quick cut I think this place is just fine. Always have had a good experience with them personally. Have had to wait but it doesn't bother me.
