Located in Ashland, Mont., Heritage Living Center is one of southeastern Montana's historic vistas. It provides a safe and independent facility for Cheyenne elders, close to their family and friends. The center also offers jobs to tribal members. Heritage Living Center has a 40-unit Assisted Living Facility covering more than 48,000 square feet on a five-acre elevation. It also a library, chapel, lounges, activity rooms, physical therapy room, beauty shop and a comfortable family room with a fireplace and views of valley and hills. The recreational areas of the Center have ample space for hobbies and crafts, assemble puzzles, sewing, Indian beadwork, or talks. In addition, Heritage Living Center has kitchen and dining room areas, administration offices and lounges. It has a five-acre wildlife sanctuary, called Eagle Ridge Park.
