Ross Creek Cedars is a scenic area located in Libby, Montana, known for its ancient grove of western red cedars, some of which are over 8 feet in diameter. The self-guided nature trail takes visitors on a .9 mile loop through the grove, providing informative signs about the area's history and ecology.
Protected by the Kootenai National Forest, the Ross Creek Cedars offer a breathtaking experience, with towering trees that have been standing for over 400 years. The grove is easily accessible via a paved road, and visitors can also enjoy picnic areas and handicapped accessible toilets near the entrance.
