Benefis Skilled Nursing Center is a nonprofit, more than 140-bed extended-care facility serving residents that require skilled, intermediate and custodial care in the Great Falls community in Montana. The center is owned and operated by Benefis Healthcare. It provides physicians, geriatric nurse practitioners, pharmacists, dietitians and various rehabilitative services. The rehabilitative services offered by the center include occupational, physical and speech therapy services. The center s facilities include transitional care units and dementia units. Its dementia unit provides care for residents suffering from cognitive disorders. The center is licensed by the state of Montana and is approved by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
