Nova Café is a bright and bustling cafe located in the heart of historic downtown Bozeman with plenty of off-street parking. Nova is locally owned and has been serving up the best breakfast in town since 2005. Its unique breakfast and lunch menus offer a variety of options for all diets and all ages – from breakfast classics to vegan and gluten free options to kids’ meals - with everything made from scratch and using ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. Join us for the most important meal of the day, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 2pm. Everyone is welcome at the Nova Café.

Loved it! Cool breakfast spot right on Main Street in DTN BZN. The menu is quite eclectic. The house made granola is wonderful. You can order it with a multitude of options - yogurt, fruit, etc....
