History

Hello I'm Rachael luciano co owner at Christine's Boutique &Spa. In 2007 I started in this industry only doing nails, went back for my full cosmetology license in 2011. Since then I have integrated in to specializing in volume lash extensions, gel nails and specialty make up and formal styling.
