Clearwater Montana Properties, Inc was co-founded in 1994 by Kevin Wetherell. At that time, we opened our newly constructed Clearwater Complex office in Seeley Lake. By 1996, we had established ourselves as the Western Montana real estate market leaders. In 1999, we opened our second office in Condon/ Swan Valley, and in 2000, we opened our office in White Sulphur Springs.
