Thomas H Good, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained cardiologist with Saint Luke's Cardiovascular Consultants. He was born in Gary, Indiana. He received his Medical Degree in 1978 from Indiana University, School of Medicine. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Ball Memorial Hospital, Indiana University, at Muncie, Indiana and was Chief Medical Resident from 1981-1982. He completed a Fellowship in Cardiology at the Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City, Missouri.

Elizabeth Grier, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained cardiologist with Saint Luke’s Cardiovascular Consultants. Dr Grier has specialized training in transcatheter valve placement with clinical interests in structural heart disease, valvular heart disease, interventional cardiology, and adult congenital cardiac interventions. Dr Grier is committed to building strong relationships and helping her patients better understand their conditions to participate in shared decision-making throughout treatment.

Dylan Toyne, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with Saint Luke's Primary Care. Dylan is passionate about patient care and building lasting relationships to better address health care needs. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, diabetes management, and cardiovascular care. Dylan is committed to understanding and listening to offer the highest level of care for his patients. When Dylan is not caring for patients, he likes to stay active with long-distance running, rock climbing, and living sustainably.
