I give a less than zero in customer service. Rude staff in the drive thru. Waited 20+min in the drive thru, never got my foid & cancelled my order.

I believe it was one of the managers. It was a girl. She was super rude. Every time I do come to this Taco Bell there's always kids yelling and cussing like no problem.
