Dr. Craig Smith is a general surgeon who provides acute and critical care surgery for patients ages 18 and older. His services include general surgery; minimally invasive surgery; robotic surgery; peritoneal dialysis; and hernia surgery. Dr. Smith provides excellent surgical care to every patient, educating them on best care practices. Dr. Smith believes that knowing when not to operate is just as important as knowing when to operate - there's a fine line between operating too soon and operating too late. He is trusted and respected by his patients who appreciate how caring, informative, and reassuring he is with them, taking his time to explain the surgery and what to expect.

Dr. Hargreaves specializes in open and endovascular (minimally-invasive) surgery; treating both arterial and venous diseases. She is experienced in wound care, limb salvage and the treatment of asymptomatic and symptomatic carotid patients with open surgery and trans-carotid artery revascularization. Dr. Hargreaves is originally from Kansas City, MO and is married with two children.Sara Hargreaves, MD is board certified in vascular surgery. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio. She performed her general surgery residency training at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD, and her vascular surgery fellowship training at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.

Dr. Azrak is board certified in nuclear cardiology, adult comprehensive echocardiography, interventional cardiology, cardiovascular diseases and internal medicine. He is fellowship trained - in cardiology, interventional cardiology, and nuclear cardiology. His medical interests include performing complex interventions including transradial catheterization, atherectomy, and peripheral stenting. He is certified in catheter closure of intracardiac shunts.Dr. Azrak has memberships in the American Society of Echocardiology, the American College of Cardiology, the Council on Clinical Cardiology, the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions, and the St. Louis Metropolitan Medical Society.
