2nd burger was a disaster. Mayo all over top of the bun. Ketchup on it with no pickles. How hard is it to do your correctly?

Food is always fresh and hot very fast service and extremely friendly faces. The ingredients at this location are the most fresh and crunchy I have ever had coming from a fast food restaurant.
