i literally order a french vanilla Carmel iced coffee and have me black coffee and it didn't even taste like coffee AND the lady was very rude

5 or 6 employees and almost none doing actual work. The one that was working served 3 people if 15 min. I sat for 15 min and they never answered the call to take my order.
