If you are a Chiefs fan or a Royals fan this might be the greatest place on earth! I was so impressed with all of their offerings. They had things I didn't even know existed that could be branded....

Customer service here sucks!! The people that work here are just lazy. I tried to return a jacket that I bought less than a week ago, tags and everything still on it but I didn't have my paper...

The AC in this store is awful. Way too hot in the dead of summer in Missouri. It's barely better in the store than it is outside in the humidity.

For a fan coming from California, this store is THE BEST!! We can barely 1 chiefs item let alone a whole store! We will be back next time we come to town!!
