We made a pleasant stop for dinner here while on a cross country trip. The food, the service and the ambience were all good. It was pretty standard for Panera Bread, which is what we were looking for.

Ever since they went to a frozen model, where everything is trucked in frozen, it's gone significantly downhill. It's now just another fast food joint. But in that, it's not even fast. Or correct....

the customer service at this location was so so bad. i had some questions with the meal i was wanting to buy and a helpful worker got the manager for me. the manager came off very condescending...
