Crossroads Hospice offers family counseling, long-term care, nursing and grief support services. Operational for more than 60 years, it serves the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of patients with terminal illnesses. The center operates in Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Crossroads Hospice offers community outreach and continuing education programs. The center conducts palliative assessments. It administers The Ultimate Gift program, which includes several recreational activities, such as fishing and games. The center provides pet, aroma and music therapies. It operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Crossroads Hospice is certified by Medicare and Medicaid.
