HistoryWe began in the lighting energy business Consulting with clients who wanted to get the most value out of lighting expense. Today we use LED 5000 Kelvin lamps to retrofit or replace traditional high energy cost lighting fixtures. Our Consulting team insurers out clients get maximum return on their (ROI) investment by qualifying for any and all utility & government rebates available. For the last 6 years we have helped our clients pay even less for their electricity supply that is delivered by their local utility infrastructure. We use a proprietary reverse energy auction process that makes energy supply companies compete for their energy business. Our skills at contract coordination consistently enable our clients to pay less for electric and natural gas supply delivered by their local utility. A new client is saving over $7,500 in the next two years for their small laundromat chain. We serve clients in 18 States where utility deregulation is available from publicly held utilities.SpecialtiesIn the year 2000 I started promoting 5000 Kelvin lighting products. Most business owners and consumers had no idea how much see-ability improved compared to their existing lamps of the same Watt output. So called experts claimed that the dull warm white of 3000 Kelvin had more lumens. They were right, but lumens is a measurement of candle light not see-ability. Light sources of high lumens of dull warm white candle light is not brighter than the same lumen of Alpine white lamp at 5000K. It was easy to demonstrate the amazing difference by just changing lamps in their existing fixtures. In the year 2000 it was virtually impossible to find 5000K lamps at big box or local hardware stores. Seeing the need of a Certified Lighting Consultant to find and provide brighter lighting using the same power was the theme of our business model. It was also the first easy opportunity for energy saving by business and homeowners to get more see-able light with out increasing the power used.
