Cold fries which were cooked until they were so hard you could break them in half like a pretzel. When I brought it to their attention they did nothing to remedy the issue. Never again! Horrible...

Went through drive-thru today and asked for a plain snack wrap with ranch on the side. This is what I got. That doesn't mean that I just wanted a piece of chicken stuck in a tortilla. Morons.
