We connect and partner to transform your experience of life. We provide a range of counseling services to clients ranging in age from 3 on up. Individual, couple, and family counseling is available. Our counselors offer a range of therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, therapeutic play, EMDR, couples counseling, and parenting. We help people deal with depression, anxiety, grief, healing from childhood or adult traumas, relationship issues, ADHD, and behavioral challenges in children, to name a few. It is our goal to provide a safe, therapeutic environment, and the support and guidance to help you heal, grow, and work through life's challenges.
