Kokoro Training Academy is a facility focused on improving quality of life. We provide Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for adults and kids through group classes and private lessons for all experience levels. We offer group self defense courses, small group fitness, personal training and nutrition coaching. We established our business September 2018 and have moved into our new location in downtown Springfield August 2019. Instructors include owners Steve and Natosha Haydock and Sam Palmer.

IT IS THE BEST GYM. Great for kids and Adults. The coaches are so nice and helpful. safe a learning jiujitsu here.
