Love this studio and their class and workshop offerings. They do not have a lot of high intensity yoga classes, but the Deep stretch yin class on Sundays is amazing. I also love the all the sound...

Not a big yoga fan...have been back several time. Classes were accessible to the inflexible (read: me). Especially fond of the reiki class, so so relaxing.
