Jennifer Connelly, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Saint Luke's Primary Care. Jennifer is passionate about finding the root cause of a health concern and likes to promote healthy lifestyle changes that can impact mind, body, and spirit. Her clinical interests include geriatric medicine, hypertension management, chronic illnesses, and wellness visits. Previously, Jennifer worked in the intensive care unit as a registered nurse. When she is not caring for patients, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, her faith group, and her friends.
