My family was there on a Saturday morning. I asked for a booth and got a table. The waitress did not have a smile on her face. The pancakes were cold and hard. There was a hair in my husband food....

Ok food eggs Benedict wasn't cooked right , however the manager resolved the issue without even asking Excellence customer service

The special advertised on TV is not honored here. Therefore you have to pay full price. This policy is for all IHOP restaurants owed by this man including Branson Go to Denny's
