We're here for cheesecake and that's what we got it's a nice small spot that specializes is cheesecake and cakes like carrot cake etc... I ended up getting the banana pudding cheesecake slice...

Hank's Cheesecakes has been in business since October of 1987. We are a small, locally owned business ( there really Is a Hank ), and our cheesecakes are hand-crafted by a team of talented people whose goal is to provide you "The best cheesecakes created this side of Heaven." Ninety-nine percent of what we produce is made from scratch with the finest ingredients we can buy. We believe in supporting our community and buy locally whenever possible. The shelf life of our cakes is approximately one week depending on the humidity of your refrigerator' the better the cake is covered the longer it will last. Cakes may be stored frozen for at least 3 months ; however, storing in a frost-free freezer requires that the cake be wrapped tightly to prevent it's drying out. A dried out slice of cake can be revived somewhat by heating slightly in a microwave oven.

I am a carrot cake connoisseur! Hank's has one of the most moist cakes with perfectly sweet frosting! I may try a slice of cheesecake one day but the carrot cake has me hooked!

The customer service was good!!! The setting is that of a cafe style with real utensils/plate ware. The cheesecake is next level with a plethora of flavors....a must visit if you like cheesecake

You can stop going to the Cheesecake Factory. Hank's has great variety and fresh, clean flavors. Banana pudding was my favorite. Very rich but nicely done. Service was great and they have space...
