Dr. Kristie Lou provides minimally invasive surgical care for the treatment of endometriosis, adenomyosis, abnormal uterine bleeding and pelvic pain, as well as fibroids, cysts, benign tumors and other gynecologic conditions. Her areas of expertise include excision surgery for endometriosis, laparoscopic myomectomy and hysterectomy, robotic surgery, and multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain. Dr. Lou is an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health, Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Dr. Niraj Chavan is a maternal-fetal medicine physician who specializes in high-risk pregnancies, and in particular, substance use during pregnancy. Other areas of expertise include maternal medical complications, such as cardiovascular, neurological, renal and autoimmune conditions, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, preterm birth, placenta accreta spectrum, and multiple gestations. He is medical director of the Women and Infant Substance Help (WISH) Center at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis. The center provides comprehensive maternity care for expectant mothers with opioid addiction. Dr. Chavan is an associate professor in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
