Service tech arrived right at the beginning of the 2 hour window I was given. He fixed the refrigerator/freezer quickly (no parts needed!) and explained what he was doing.

come and troubleshoot an electrical problem. They ended up replacing a dimmer transformer. They for the part so I looked it up on Amazon and it cost $30 so it was a 1000% markup on the part....
