I have 8 years experience working as a psychiatric nurse before obtaining my APRN license where I attended Saint Louis University and specialized in psychiatry. As an APRN, specializing in psychiatry, I am responsible for diagnosing and treating mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders through the incorporation of medical, psychological, and social knowledge. I have the ability to diagnose and treat patients based on criteria found in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders
