A part of Chase Park Plaza, Eau Bistro has been operational for more than 50 years. Specializing in contemporary American cuisine, it is one of the leading restaurants in the United States. Eau features large-screen televisions and game room area with pool tables, video games and pinball machines. The restaurant organizes various events, such as live fireworks show, drink specials, outside barbecue, music concerts and charity functions.
