Like many other reviewers have mentioned, this is an independently owned location. Meaning, you can't go directly to corporate Budget to rectify any issues. Reservations were made via Costco....

Truly zero stars if I could. They are an independent affiliate of Budget, and customers can not extend their vehicle online or over the phone - they must instead "drive to the physical location"...

Can't answer the phone, up charges everything, does not work with app or website. Call centers can't help. Worst rental experience, do not rent from these people!
