I can't say enough about the staff at Big O Tires in Ozark, Mo. Because of the bad service and advice at BMW....Matt and his crew at Big O were able to save me over 1800.00 in needless expenses....

I would not recommend this location. I took my truck there twice and both times they could not get the alignment correct. My front tires got chewed up within a week just driving to work. Each time...

Was told 30 minutes for an inspection. Waited over an hour. Couldn't find someone for help. Once I did, I was told , oh! We are Justin's pulling your car in! Five Minutes later-you need a new tire...

wouldn't recommend to go here they damage your car without telling you then when you come back they dont admit fault. wheel was scratched after service.
