They never have enough people working drive-thru especially at midday when everyone is on their lunch break and trying to get things done they don't carry any check registers anymore I personally...

It's Monday at 10:15 and there is no one here to open the bank. I guess they are now online only. They should post signs when closed.

This location is consistently understaffed and customer service is horrendous! Avoid this bank!!

This is the worst Bank of America branch! They have the POOREST customer service! You come here for a deposit and be prepared to wait a minimum of 15 min!

Horrible branch. Every time I have ever been there they have one young girl at the counter (normally a trainee) and there are 4 or 5 well dressed managers lounging around watching her work....
