Moved to the Northland and had Baldwin build us a brand new home. Nothing but problems especially after you move in. The warranty work and process are a complete joke. Stay away from this builder

My family will never use this company again. Very rude and unprofessional. It took months to get any type of response for issues we were having. Was yelled at, cursed at, and hung up on!!
