This place only has 2 stars, but I love this place. One of my standard places whenever I'm in Memphis. I wish they would come to Starkville.

Whew, Tops... what on earth are y'all doing over there? 2 out of 3 of our burgers in today's order were raw like this! Good grief, do better before someone, especially a child gets sick!
