Basically they took 20 minutes to make my food and I stood at the counter for 15 and they acted like they couldn't hear me. Food was messy

If I could give this Taco Bell a negative star, I would. I'm yet to order something here that is even remotely close to what Taco Bell usually tastes like. Everything here tastes like stale...
