Scheduling delivery is almost impossible. Tried to find out when it was to be delivered online and by phone is extremely disappointing. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong area at the storage...

If there were a choice of negative stars they would be -20!!! Pods takes your money, holds your belongings hostage and increases your rent EVERY month. There is NEVER ANYONE AVAILABLE IN CUSTOMER...
